Maynard Film Discussion

On Thursday, November 8, 2018, Emory's James Weldon Johnson Institute hosted a panel of experts for a screening of the film MAYNARD, a feature-length documentary about the rise and influence of Atlanta's first black mayor. Following the screening, our panel of experts and historians of Atlanta will discuss the long term significance of Maynard Jackson's legacy for the city.
